Under this system, every invoice you issue must be unalterable, traceable, and cryptographically linked — similar to a digital “black box.” The goal is total transparency and control over invoicing activity.

- Using Excel or Word templates with automatic calculations will no longer be valid.
- Non-compliance can result in penalties of up to €50,000 per year.
